17. Calculator Results, Estimates, and User Decisions

CalcFFMI calculators use general mathematical formulas and user-supplied inputs to generate estimates. Results may include body-composition estimates, FFMI values, calorie targets, protein targets, training volume suggestions, estimated one-repetition maximums, strength benchmarks, or similar fitness information. These outputs are educational tools and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes, medical measurements, professional diagnoses, or individualized treatment recommendations.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of the information you enter and for deciding whether a result is appropriate to use. Small changes in input data—especially body-fat percentage, activity level, bodyweight, or exercise performance—can materially change an estimate. If a calculator result conflicts with advice from a qualified medical, nutrition, or fitness professional who knows your circumstances, professional individualized guidance should take priority.

18. Local Storage, Saved Results, and Device Access

Certain CalcFFMI features may allow you to save results in your browser or device using local storage or similar client-side technology. Where a feature is described as local-only, the information remains associated with that browser profile unless you export it, clear browser data, use private browsing, change devices, or otherwise remove or transfer it yourself. We do not guarantee that locally stored results will remain available indefinitely.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of information that matters to you. Clearing cookies, site data, browser storage, reinstalling a browser, resetting a device, or using storage-cleaning software can permanently remove locally saved information. CalcFFMI is not responsible for loss of locally stored data caused by browser settings, device failure, user action, software updates, or third-party tools.

19. Accounts and Future Account Features

Some features may be available without an account, while other features may in the future require registration. If account functionality is offered, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict access to an account or feature when reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms. If a separate account policy, subscription term, or feature-specific agreement is presented when you use a future service, that additional policy may also apply.

20. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CalcFFMI in a way that interferes with the Website, harms other users, violates applicable law, or attempts to obtain access to systems or information you are not authorized to access. Prohibited activity includes attempting to bypass security controls, introducing malicious code, intentionally overloading the Website, impersonating another person, using the Website for fraud, or using automated methods in a manner that materially disrupts normal operation.

Reasonable sharing of public links is encouraged. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, systematic copying, mirroring, or republication of substantial portions of the Website may be restricted, especially where it affects performance, infringes intellectual property rights, or substitutes for the original service.

21. Educational Content and Professional Advice

Training, nutrition, body-composition, supplement, and lifestyle articles on CalcFFMI are intended for general education. They are not a replacement for a physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, qualified coach, mental-health professional, or other licensed professional where such professional services are appropriate. Fitness information can be unsuitable for people with injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication use, eating disorders, or other individual circumstances.

Before making material changes to exercise, diet, supplementation, or weight-management practices, you should consider whether professional guidance is appropriate for your situation. Stop an activity and seek appropriate assistance if you experience concerning symptoms. 23. Third-Party Websites and External Resources

We may update formulas, page layouts, links, features, content, or calculator interfaces to improve accuracy, usability, security, or maintainability. We may also remove or discontinue features. While we aim to provide a reliable service, availability can be affected by hosting providers, internet outages, browser compatibility, security events, maintenance, or other factors outside our control.

We do not promise that every feature will work on every device, browser, operating system, assistive technology configuration, or network environment. Users should keep browsers reasonably current and avoid relying on the Website as the sole repository for important personal records.

27. No Warranty

This provision is not intended to impose obligations that cannot legally be imposed in your jurisdiction.

30. Suspension and Termination of Access
